Kustomer Sub-Processors of Personal Data

This article communicates the current list of companies who are authorized to process personal data on behalf of Kustomer in connection with delivering the Kustomer Platform and related services. These companies are known as sub-processors. Kustomer engages with two types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained below: third-party sub-processors and Kustomer affiliate sub-processors.
Third Party Sub-Processors
Kustomer performs due diligence on the technical and organizational security measures of all third party sub-processors, and requires each to commit to obligations regarding their security controls and applicable regulations for the protection of personal data.

Kustomer Affiliate Sub-Processors
For purposes of transparency and clarity, Kustomer and its affiliates (“Kustomer Affiliate Sub-processors”) may also process personal data on behalf of Kustomer in connection with delivering the Kustomer Platform and related services, including to a particular region. Kustomer Affiliate Sub-processors may provide one or more of the following roles: customer support, professional services, engineering, or systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
Updates
Kustomer will notify business customers to any changes of sub-processors by using this article.
