  • Your company must have raised angel or venture funding in the past 18 months
  • Your company must have 5 or fewer agents who need licenses of Kustomer

Conditions of the Kustomer for Startups Program

  1. Kustomer reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine whether your company is a qualifying startup and meets the requirements to participate in the program.
  2. Kustomer is not available in all jurisdictions, including for example, U.S.-embargoed or U.S.-sanctioned countries and regions. If you are located in any such jurisdictions or do business in any such jurisdictions, your company will not be able to participate in the Kustomer for Startups Program.
  3. Your company will be required to execute necessary agreements (including but not limited to our terms of service and data processing agreement) to enable your company to access Kustomer and receive the complimentary access described herein.
  4. Your use of Kustomer during the complimentary access period is at all times subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and the terms of any agreement pursuant to which you entered into in connection with your use of Kustomer. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access prior to the end of the complimentary access period in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of such policies and terms.
  5. Kustomer integrates with a number of third party services as described here. If you elect to use any such third party services as part of your complimentary access to Kustomer, such use is subject to the terms and conditions of such third parties, which may include fees for your use of such third party services.
  6. We reserve the right to terminate the Kustomer for Startups Program at any time in our sole discretion.
