Demonstrating How Kustomer Delivers Connected Service that Scales & Delights

Kustomer recently attended Shoptalk in Las Vegas, NV on March 26-29, 2023. At the event, the Kustomer team showcased how the platform enables every business to connect with consumers on the channels they love with CX solutions to help grow relationships, build loyalty and drive efficiency at scale.

Shoptalk is an annual conference where thousands of retail changemakers come together every year to create the future of retail. At the event, attendees discovered the latest technologies and trends impacting the retail industry and beyond. The Kustomer team joined the thousands of attendees that spanned retailers, brands, other tech companies, investors and media from around the world.

On the Way into Las Vegas…

Kustomer was hard to miss at the Harry Reid International Airport with our presence across multiple terminals and digital screens, directing Shoptalk attendees to our booth to connect with us and learn more. Each billboard highlighted our new “More vs. Less” campaign that highlights the challenges businesses now face – needing to be more productive with less resources to drive efficiency at scale.

Checking In? Branded Key Cards at the Mandalay Bay

At the Mandalay Bay resort and casino, where Shoptalk was being held, Kustomer was landing quite literally in the palm of attendees’ hands with branded hotel key cards. The key cards directed attendees to our booth and also contained a QR code that connected to our Kustomer concierge chatbot that had further info on our booth, theaters sessions, customer speakers and a brand new sweepstakes.

The Kustomer booth was hard to miss with our signature “Kusty” hanging high above it leading show attendees to our different pod activations. Within the booth, we had a theater pod for our thought leadership sessions, a demo pod to explore the platform, and a new “connected service” sweepstakes pod. Check out the activations below.

Theater Sessions

In our booth, we presented several thought leadership sessions that repeated over two days of the event. Our customer sessions featured Pura Vida, Feastables and sweetgreen. In them, our customers discussed how delivering exceptional service experiences across multiple channels can delight your customers, anywhere, anytime, as well as how you can empower agents with a flexible platform and unified customer view to drive operational efficiency at scale.

Customer Testimonial Pod

The Kustomer team has the pleasure of working with some of the most innovative leaders in CX and our testimonial pod was a place where we could shine a light on them as well as what they’ve accomplished with our platform. Our featured customers included: Going, Makesy, Feastables, Pura Vida Bracelets and sweetgreen.

Connected Service Sweepstakes

Our booth also featured a sweepstakes pod activation, at which, attendees could enter for a chance to win $50,000 in Meta ad credits, a free year of Kustomer’s Ultimate subscription plan (up to 50 seats), and a branded fanny pack filled with tradeshow essentials. In addition, attendees received a coupon from one of our featured customers, offering a discount to their product or services.
